We take great pride in ensuring our products are packaged safely and presented beautifully. We enclose our goods in individual heat sealed, air tight, food-grade cellophane bags to prolong freshness. We then surround the treats with beautiful bright, pastel coloured tissue paper and insert any personalised cards that you've requested.
We deliver via Royal Mail 1st Class service. Typically, delivery take 1-2 days once dispatched from the Bake Me A Smile kitchen.
Do you need to be there to accept delivery?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Bake Me A Smile cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Please note if the recipient is unable to accept delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour/co-worker. Finally, be advised that as it is a freshly made product, we are unable to re-deliver.
What if you need to leave a note about delivery?
If you have any additional information or special requests e.g. ‘Leave with security at front desk’, you will be given the opportunity to add this in during the checkout process.
How much does delivery cost?
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery is £3.58 to most UK postcodes. This is a fixed price set by the Royal Mail.
When do we deliver?
We aim to dispatch all orders received as soon as possible and this can be as soon as the same day but might take up to 5 working days. We cannot be more specific as this changes on a day to day basis depending on how many orders we receive.
We send deliveries on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure that products are delivered fresh and not sitting in the post office over the weekend.
Unfortunately Bake Me A Smile cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by our courier partners and can't be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
